Adds a back slot with 1.5(light) 5.5(medium) 10(heavy) and 15.5(assault) tons of "cargo space." these carry slots allow you to place back mounted equipment on your mech for utility use. ranging from rearming or repairing allied mechs, to deploying static turrets and battle armor (IS standard?)
Not all mechs would have cargo slots, and it requires a mech to have arms to use another mechs cargo.
Some mechs might have "cargo rig" quirk that increases their cargo load by 2x.

Cargo pods are meant to allow more customization on the field but come at a cost, cargo is not armored and only has structure meaning it is easily crit and destroyed from back attacks so use them lightly.
Another note is mechs can pick up cargo pods from the map if another mech drops one on death. making them rather useful in a pinch the down side is a mech requires arms to use another mechs cargo pod, and some cargo pods can only be used by other mechs.

MISSION CONCEPT: CONVOY INTERCEPT
Info: this mission has you Intercepting a convoy of 4-10 wheeled APCS, and collecting their cargo. requires mechs with hands. in this mission type you need to destroy the APC (which have a unique crush protection so you have to shoot them.) then pick up their cargo to return to an allied base. bonus pay for collecting all cargo, min pay for collecting required cargo.
Mission concept: Convoy protection
info: the reverse of Convoy intercept a convoy is on its way to a base, you need to protect it. thankfully allied light mechs and vehicles will support.

ARTILLERY OVERHAUL
Replaces the artillery spotter with a menu of options. by default only has bombing runs which require employer approval, but can get new options with Command pods in cargo slots. command pods cost 0.5 tons each and give one charge per mission of their call in type. note these are rewards or rare so try not to loose them. (the only spawn as rare items in shops)
