This is why I've been changing my IP every time I've deleted my cookies. However, considering the progress MWO has made, I get the impression that deleting one's cookies over and over is working to some degree, because I doubt everyone has been changing their IP every time like I have. But just in case, I've copied my instructions from page 3:

TO ANYONE WITH AND ISP THAT PROVIDES DYNAMIC IP ADDRESSES:

Depending on what your modem's local address is, type it into your browser and see if you can disconnect/reconnect.

For example: I use Bell, I type into my browser the address 192.168.2.1 and I get the modem's control page. I disconnect and reconnect and voilda, new IP. I may suggest deleting your cookies after every vote too.

I voted and write from my phone, cookie delete was easy, in the browser settings. (wp7 omnia 7, IE)

ATM i dont remember (im on a train now) the egzact cookie delete path in the main (Firefox,Chrome,IE) browsers, but im sure the community will figure out soon... :D:D

Keep voting from your phone as you move around. You may be logging a different address every time you jump towers... but this is just a guess, I have no idea how mobile networks work.

C'mon people. Deamons of Diablo somehow found a way out of hell prison and while they are marching towards the location of Diablo's imprisonment, they voted and so we have Diablo 3 on our tail once again.

We must be sure to take some CC and support mechs with us too. A carry even, so we can win over those "defenders of ancients". We'll gank them and once we kill them, superior firepower (or DPS) of our Catapults will smash their pitiful towers from stone to dust. And don't forget to find ancient tech storage under that beast called Ares.
