[Vanishing Point]

As a relatively new player, I'm having trouble contributing to the effort and am always in the bottom 3 of score, etc in every game I've played in so far it seems Also I am a casual player and have been told to " get good" because I suck apparently. It's actually turning me away from MWO despite my best efforts I have limited time for gaming and would like some solid advice on why I should contine. Also being a cadet put in with seasoned players didn't go well for me, with more losses than wins and many more deaths than survivals NO voice coms until you finish cadet is stupid as I had questions and typing ingame usually got me killed etc. I could go on but I will look at responses and try and use them in game
