If you are refering to Rudbeck then chubby would be a bit off. 75 Kg is a rather average weight for some just under 1.90 meters. (I imagnie him as looking rather normal, he is certainly no body builder but neither his he a stick figure.)

His beard isn't particullary dirty either, it is unkempt in that it is not trimmed or such.

(I don't mean to be overly picky, but its better to fix any misperations about character appearance early.

Yeah, if she means Reckless, he's not chubby, but rather muscular.
But I don't actually know what the normal weight for a muscular 5' 5 person is, lemme know if it seems a bit heavy, cause I don't mean Arnold Schwarzenegger. >_>

Considering you went for a muscular body type rather than cuddly, I'd say its more muscle than fat. He's still built like a truck, though. It was part of the reason for Sierra's observation that he'd "filled out" since she saw him last.
