I am trying to buy the legendary founders package, but when I submitted the card info it told me that the card was rejected. When I looked and the account information from the bank it shows that they withdrew the $120 dollars. What should I do?

I guess my question is how long did it take any of you to get the email with the code for your founders pack after paying by credit card?

I have to admit, I am getting pretty tired of UltimatePray myself. Between their seemingly only taking Debit cards (no one I know personally has been able to use real credit cards, which are protected by federal law - your max liability is $50 -, and you would have to be insane to use a debit card since they are not protected - you are liable for any amount stolen) and their inability to process payments with their own Ultimate Points at the moment, I am thinking there might be some seriously fishy business going on.
All seven of my major credit cards are good enough for everywhere else, why not these guys? I think they are in league with PayScam.

I've also purchased a Founders Pack. PayPal shows the transaction completed, but the email with my receipt has yet to come in.

This sounds like the problems that were happening on Day 1 when the Founders went on sale (sad to see they are not addressed) Long story short, the transaction gateway was very poorly designed.
I had made 8 separate attempts (all of which failed, none of which explaining why I failed) before my last Paypal attempt went through. If there is currently a surge on purchases, this MIGHT be why, but again, undermines the faith a player has in the reliability of the setup.
My account was charged 4x for the purchase, but they immediately refunded 3 of them.

Same experience here. . . I tried 2x after failed attempts.
It sounds like UltimatePay's just really bad at giving customer feedback after a purchase (we all expected an email right?)
On the bright side, I see elite statuses under some of the guys in this forum, so I guess the issues are getting sorted out. I'm going to wait until tomorrow until I check with MWO.

I finally switched cards and got it to work. I feel bad tho seeing as so many of you have been trying for much longer, best wishes. I hope PG at least gives people the chance to purchase the founders packs until they have this fixed.
