I know how to upload, dur, but I dont know how to take and turn said proj. file thing and turn it into something i can send in to my youtube channel.

any help?

Once you've edited your clips go to FILE > EXPORT > MEDIA.

choose a codec like H.264 and your resolution, whatever it may be.

Then upload to Youtube.
