I'm pretty partial to the Jenner right now but I don't think I've given the Raven a fair shake. I think I'll give it a whirl in MW4 Mercs later this week.

If the role is strictly scouting, then I would say an Ostscout OTT-9CS...maybe the Mercury MCY-98 depending on the mission.

A Javelin, Firestarter, Spider all have some benefits depending on what you plan to be doing.

And as for Clan Tech and some great fun there's "Puma Wars!" For a break from the routine it's hard to have much more fun than lining up in a 12v12 with nothing but Puma's ( 2-ER PPCs and a Flamer) on a mostly flat-open map with a few obstacles. GAME ON!!! heheheheh

Dragonfly. Mechwarrior 3. I wish I could get the game to work on Windows 7. ;) Maybe I will be able to figure it out.

Wolfhound would have to be my top pick has almost every thing I want in a light mech.

Mongoose. Doubly so if they're allowing the Beagle probe, of course.

my best Lt mech is the Commando. I also used Spiders, Jenners, Valkyries, Panthers, Stingers, and Wasps.

I like the Hitman
Good firepower with some long range potential, as fast as the Jenner but with MASC as well, and ECM / TAG of a Raven.

Other than him, the Spector, Mongoose or Wolfhound.

I like the Locust. Something to do with a game I played on my 64 when I was a kid.

Lol Jake, you wouldn't be referring to Crescent Hawks Inception would you? I remember playing that thing til my eyes bled and restarting from save points to try and get the chameleon to start with in the game. Also there was a bug/trick that if you left the game running after you put your c-bills in the stock market you would get a massive amount of c-bills to play the game with.

Well, my favorite light mech is... Urbanmech. Really. I just love the design and its ideal for city fights. And i have sentiment for this "good old buddy" *sniff* I miss him so much... I really hope for his comeback in Mechwarrior Online.
Regards <_<

Slow though it is, I like the Hammer: iconic FWL mech. For versitility, the Owens omni. Looks: Raven hands down. Cool factor: Wasp/Stinger LAMs.

I gotta go with the Wolfhound, the light assault mech. 6, 9 movement so its pretty speedy, full armor and good weapons damage potential. Even better is no dependancy on ammo, so its the perfect deep scout mech!

Ascetics and symmetry most often decide my mechs. I like fire support; being able to assist where and whenever needed.

Anubis, Owens, and Raptor
