Does anyone know if ECM capability is refittable for the other mechs (like swapping weapons or engines) or is it locked to only certain chassis' ala MW4?
The only mech I see that would normally have AP/ECM is the Raven.

EW 'mechs - are there more than just the Raven?

ECM and BAP are likely like heatsinks in the way that you can place them anywhere where there's room.
There are plenty of other mechs that have BAP and/or ECM.

Granted, my Mechwarrior experience is limited to MW2-4 and both Mechcommander games (and Dark Age/Age of Destruction, but apparently it's a sin to admit that), but I was under the impression that's sort of what a Raven was for? I mean, if not for an electronic warfare sort of role, what purpose does it serve that isn't done better by the other light mechs?

As far as I am aware a fair bit of the mechlab content is still to be introduced, until it is we wont know exactly what will be available and for what mechs, anything else is speculation.

Check the devs posts re: information warfare. ECM modules will be transferable if you have the experience in the scout tree.
