Yeah, I bought mine a little while ago and am not sure if I should have gotten an email or anything... It's too soon to email support but I only did this so I could play in the beta; am a bit concerned.

Interesting, I am trying to figure this out as well. The charge showed up on my credit card within 2 minutes of clicking submit so someone took a payment. I have seen no change in my account status either. Will wait a couple of days to see how this shakes out.

They are having some problems processing payments or something, i hear its taking an hour or more to process.

They should still do us the courtesy of an email which says the process was successfully completed and they are working to update our status. Doing Nothing gives one a very poor impression of Piranah Games and Infinite Games Publishing. And it says that they are unprofessional and Implies that they lack integrity. Simply put they need to "think things through" more carefully than they have. First impressions are lasting!

They were having problems today due to their provider applying a maintenance update. It took me about 1-2 hours for it to send to my account.

EDIT:

By provider I mean purchasing provider telling them that you paid.

I personally am hoping that my computer can run this game. I bought the elite status (cause I love the Jenner) and cant wait to get into the beta. Again, cross your fingers for me as to my computer being able to run this awesome looking game. Also has anyone heard about teh price of the artemis controller? I may be over-reacting with nostalgic excitement (my wife has even given me permission / blessings...lol).
