There are already many, many threads about this.
Your concern and frustration are understandable but there is a bit of a delay at the moment. Playspan (Visa) are a separate company to Piranha games. Playspan has confirmed that they are currently experiencing a delay in processing payments, which they hope to rectify overnight. In the meantime, you can expect a delay of up to 2 hours.. and in some cases a little longer than that. The average at the moment seems around the 1.5 hour mark.. sometimes less, sometimes more.

that post is all fine and dandy, and i posted on it but..my issue seems a bit odd. it is not that i was charged by paypal twice, but charged by both paypal and [color=#464646]PLAYSPAN ULTIMATEP FOSTER CITY CAUS once. meaning i have spent a total of 240, a little over my budget. i NEED to get that second 120 back asap, like...REALLY ASAP..by tomorrow afternoon actually. [/color]

Then contact your bank, paypal or playspan to have one of the payments reversed.

I called paypal, and they said they could do nothing. the bank said the same thing. i am thinking playspan isnt going to be any different, but i will try them. HOPEFULLY, if that doesnt work, i can somehow find the number or a urgent help email or something for MWO.
