It's spread all over the place, from sourcebooks and rulebooks to novels to wiki's (sarna.net).
About the only place I can think of that would have everything together is inside Randall Bills' skull.

And even he has admitted in an interview that he now needs to looks things up in the Catalyst Games Labs database because it has become to much for one man to remember.
