You think double charge is bad? I just got rocked with 5 total charges. -$300 when you were only expecting -$60 is really painful.


*Edit: It appears it also auto upgraded me to Legendary... Which... while nice wasn't what I was looking to do atm. Hopefully this can get sorted out somehow.

Refunded with in 5 days, though it takes longer for it to show up since I no longer have Legenday with beta access (though I barely bother to log in) but no ding back to the bank yet. Why? Not enough to bother paying to test a game that currently has so little to test, just got boring fast and lost interest. Hopefully during open beta when there is more content and the game as a whole is more balanced there will be release packages, I will gladly throw down $120 again so long as there is something more then what exists and the game is balanced out that I want to spend the money, I was just over excited thinking "this will be the game" and got dissappointed...when MWO has matured more I may find that "it is the game!" and buy that release package I am sure they will have :lol:

Bought the Elite package and was double charged on Tuesday, 7/31/12.
Contacted support@mwomercs.com on Wednesday 8/1/12 with the transaction information for both charges.
Received "we're working on it" email on Thursday, 8/2/12.
Friday, 8/3/2012, just got an email stating that the refund has been processed and I should see the funds in my account within the next 24 hours.

Seems like support is on top of things. Shame about the problem to begin with, glad to hear it's fixed now.

So is this really fixed or what? I want to buy a Founders pack but wont if I am going to be charged more than once. I CANNOT afford that to happen to me as tight as I live on money.

Any answers guys? I only have till Monday to get this Founders pack but I cant afford to do it if it double charges me. Is it fixed for sure now?

Those that were double charged what payment were you using? CC? Anyone use PayPal and get double charged?

If you got a refund how long did it take?

Well from posts here on the forum this is NOT fixed even if they said it was. Mine seems fine still but I have seen 2 or 3 people post about multiple charges...I know I saw one from PayPal and one from a credit card.

Just get ahold of PGI. There support is stellar and they will get the money back to you as 70% of people who purchased it in the first few days were all double and sometimes triple charged
