First off, for some reason I am not allowed to start a new topic or reply to an open topic in the Website Support section of the Forum.

Secondly, I see repeated inquiries about the "Keep me logged in" feature being broken. Admin's say that it logs you off when you close the browser... well I have the browser up the entire time I'm playing the game and every time I refresh to look at stats or check the forums it requires me to log in once again. You have the timer set to like 10 minutes seriously... because I can play 1 match and it will be logged out when I return. It's getting really annoying to have to login every 10-15 while the browser is open.

The support forum has a STICKY that tells you to email them to submit an issue.

always be reading stickies.

My browser keeps me logged in forever if I leave a window open at mwomercs.com; Try Chrome? Enable cookies?

IE nor Chrome use here keep me logged in... and auto-logged out after a while as well with no activity (if I get busy with a customer...) lol...

To the OP... search... numberous threads covering the same thing but if you feel you need, do what Red said and email support@mwomercs.com

The threads I found in there about it did not address the issue, as every mod says ... "well it works if you keep your browser open..." when in fact it does not.

There re lots of posts about the 'keep me logged in' button. But, what the OP describes is contrary to what has been said is the intended function (most people complain the keep me logged in is not 'remember me/ auto login', but it SHOULD keep the OP logged in when he alt-tabs away but it is not)
