But how do i know they got the email correctly? the other topic said I would get an automated answer with an ID ticket but havent got it any pof the 3 times that is ent it so it would be awesome if someone from the Staff could confirm it.

Chill i am not even sure that the CS department is fully up and running yet. It might take a few days and you might have to wait until maybe monday or tuesday but i am sure they will help you out.

As they other topic stated, when you do not get an automatic reply you should try the next day.

Yeah im just curious cause in another topic someone said you got an automated email sayign what was your inquire ID and i havent got anything of that sort so i am kinda worried, want to get this solved before the pre order gets completed before August!

Hey there. Just so you know; YES, they do give refunds (I just got mine today, filed ~2 days ago). My problem was i was double-charged (there was a hiccup between MWOnline's servers and Ultimate Pay...so there was actually a double-charge and a pending charge of $60 apiece). I filed a ticket with MWOnline and one with Ultimate Pay (Turns out MWOnline is who to go to as they're the only ones that can authorize a refund) and they were relatively prompt in their response. Took about 1.5 days to hear back from the Pirhahna rep and they immediately said they'd be granting me a refund.

So, although I was a little sad to have spent $120 (with a pending charge of $60) due to the incident, I at least was able to enjoy the 4 founders mechs for the time being (I'm not sure if I still have access to them as I'm at work so I can't log in; the refund was pushed out today). As you can see, my profile now states 'Elite Status' instead of Legendary as it had yesterday. So, yes...they grant refunds and they seem to be very kind about it.

Since this was a little technical snafoo, where at first I was a little unsure about it, I'm quite pleased with the company's response...If I get to keep the mechs too, then I'll be flabbergastedly happy with Pirhana (if not, I still think they're cool).

You can try PMing a Dev on the forum as a last resort. They're also helpful. Make sure you mention that you've emailed support and not recieved a ticket number, they're trying to sor tthat system out still so they need to know when its not working.
