I emailed MWO support on 26.07 requesting a refund. On 27.07 I received a confirmation from them. Today is 03.08 and I still haven't got my refund. Anyone else is waiting for a refund? Is this an issue?

I suppose you could follow-up with another e-mail to support. It can't hurt.

It only took me a day to get a response after the ticket number arrived, you should send them a reminder.
