Do you have an easy-going attitude teamed with a deep-seated desire to blow up people you’ve never met? Do you enjoy raining fire down upon the unrighteous using giant stompy robots? Then join the Aces Wild Regiment! We have a place for you if you have a sense of humor and an itchy trigger finger.
We currently have just over 30 members and looking to cap around 100. We are a military simulation (MILSIM) styled unit in which we use a military type ranking system and are organized into lances, companies, and battalions. The Aces are competitive players however, we are not what some may consider a "Hardcore" unit / clan. We organize our sub-units into specific battlefield roles but we do not issue standardized configs that you must use like most competitive units do. We feel that every pilot has the right to take to the field what they like so long as it jives with our overall objective. We are more about enjoying ourselves than getting the win at all coasts. We support a family friendly environment. The majority of our members are over the age of 25 and have kids or spouses that are in the unit with them too! If you and a friend are both interested in joining the Aces Wild, we do our best to see to it that you are both placed in the same Company.
Role Play wise, we are a non-sarna Mercenary unit based off the planet Alegro in the Outworlds Alliance. The Aces were started by retired and discharged veterans from the AFFS after the battle for Robinson. We were given a large section of Alegro in return for security from the Draconis Combine or any other threats that may try to invade the Outworlds Alliance.
For those in the service! Our unit is mostly made up of both prior service and active servicemen and women in the U.S. Military. This brings a real sense of dedication and professionalism to our unit that most other units lack while still keeping it fun as this is our place to escape from reality for a while! If you have served with the military (or you are just someone looking for a good time) and are looking for a MILSIM feel or are just interested in having fun in general, look no further! We are looking for new blood and brothers to have a good time with!
