GUI Heat scale Programmer needed

Due to the fact I have no Programming skills just high math skill. I need a skilled programmer to setup an Input/Output Program with a GUI to help player see how heat could work. (Java or Windows based please)

Inputs:
Slider Bars or Drop Value:
Heat / Time Scale (HTS): (Value 0.1-10 in 0.1 increments) sec (Markers at 2.5 = “Solaris VII”, 10 = “CBT”) (Moving the slide Clears the Current heat stored in the heat bar)
Heat Penalty Kicking and are removed at: (Value 1-10 in 0.5 increments) sec

Group 1 (Only one box checked aloud at a time)
Movement:
□ – Standing Still
□ – Walking (+1 heat per HTS)
□ – Running (+2 heat per HTS)
□ – Jumping - Number of Jump Jets: (Drop box Value 1-10) (+3 heat or Number of Jump Jets in heat whichever is greater)

Group 2 (Only one box checked aloud at a time)
Heat Sink Type: Number of Heat Sinks: (Drop box Value 10-40)
□ – Single ( -1 heat per HTS)
□ – Double ( -2 heat per HTS)

Group 3(You can get Fancy in this area if you want)
Weapons being fired:
Tic 1 / Tic 2 / Tic 3
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)
□ – □ – □ – (Drop Box for Weapon Name) : ( + X heat per shot)

Options:
□ – Ammo Explosions On (Radom pair of random 1 to 6 sum, if total is less than Ammo Explosions Active Penalty than Stop Program with a “Your Dead” message)
□ – Life Support hit (If Check pilot damage at takes 1 damage at 15**+ heat, 2 Damage at 26**+) (If Pilot takes 6 damage than Stop Program with a “Your Dead & Cooked” message)
□ – □ – Engine Hits ( One Box +5 heat per HTS, Two Boxes +10 heat per HTS)

Buttons:
(Start) / (Stop) / (Fire Tic 1) / (Fire Tic 2) / (Fire Tic 3) / (Reset)

Start: Start the program tracking heat (add movement heat & Removing Heat sink value to the graphic bar) (Locks the HTS Slide in place)
Stop: Stop the Program
Fire Tic X: Adds all the weapons in that tic to the heat to bar per click
Reset: Clear all set values back to default

Output: A Bar Graph on the far right showing the Heat level.
Bracketed areas showing where special effect kick in
A Box: Showing which Heat Pertly are Currently active.

At 9 heat put in Triple Strength Myomer active If checked, +2 to movement, Double Physical Attack damage

Formulas:
Heat Time Scale (HTS) this is how fast the Heat Sinks remove heat from the Heat Bar
Single Heat Single Remove 1 heat base on the (HTS) Slide, (2 heat for Double heat sink)

**The Weapons Heat & Heat Chart number can change based on the HTS
CBT Value x (10 / HTS Value) = New Value


Just want poeple to see this option in action.
