It will give people something to talk about until the Podcast :D

Lets see how many different mechs people come up with. Maybe there is one we're overlooking...

Possible common era 'mechs include:
-Flea, Locust, Firefly, Raven, Cicada, Crab, Hoplite, Catapult (see above) Caesar, Cataphract, Marauder, Marauder II...

I'm kinda expecting Catapult, now that Blackfire1 put it in my head.

"Thats no Mech leg, Thats a space station." >.>

I'll admit if I'm right I'm going to feel amazingly epic. If I'm wrong I'm going to have to go into a corner and force myself to read Twilight and listen to Metallica's Sober albums as punishment for misleading all these nice people. *shudders* God I hope I'm right.

EDIT: No I can't do it. I can't risk my soul and well being. I'll just force myself to play MechAss 1 & 2 again. I can survive that with all my senses intact.

I'd say probably 75% the "obvious" choice and it's a Catapult, 20% they decided to give us a happy surprise and let Alex loose on the Marauder early, 5% it's some completely out of left field less well known design, like the Crab or the Thug.

Flea, Locust, Raven, Crab-- looks too thick
Cicada, Hoplite, Caesar, Cataphract-- wrong leg style
Catapult, Marauder-- most likely

I just put up anything that didn't have a conventional leg, but I agree with your conclusion. Just didn't want to rule anything out.

Sorry to p*ss in people's cornflakes, but I don't see any leg there. Looks like part of a building to me.

Catapult most likely..hard to really tell but it looks a little too thin to be a Marauder...

Well spotted. I'm also thinking Catapult, but they could surprise us.

Please oh please oh please be a Marauder. Catapult would be okay. Have to wait a bit for the Timber Wolf, Mad Dog, and such, but I'm really crossing my fingers for the Marauder.

I would want it to be a Marauder too =D
But why it can't be a conventional-legged mech standing backwards? I don't think this image fragment is big enough to base any conclusions on it.
