Given that there's still a border between the Confederation and the Free Worlds League however, caution should still be taken to defend that anti-spinward ("west") border, despite the agreements decided upon in the Concord of Kapetyn. We are in the MWO universe after all, and I'm willing to bet that anything can happen since we're technically not in canon.
