We're all gamers here, and I'm sure there's more desire for people on here to add you on games services rather than on Facebook and the like, which most people usually keep for real life contacts.

How about this site be the download distributor? Makes sense, game comes from here, just keep it here.

Uhhh, you've completely misread my post, I mean adding a section to list your steam account on your forum profile so people can contact you, not a business deal with Valve.
