How about a big "ASK" tab
For example; If I input "Where do I go to ask stupid question?" It should take us to that forum, then we could ask Q's like;
1) Will my Thrust Master Force Feedback II controler work?
2) How do I re-map the controller?
3) Why can I only re-map one button?
Why does re-mapping the next function cancel the last re-map?
I have figured out Q's 1, and 2, having trouble with # 3, then 4....

Have you tried the beta forums?
I suggest you check the Beta support section, and look at the stickies, there is a thread there that might help you.

Yes, I have gone to beta, found "Frequently asked questions"- "None posted yet" The only option I could find there was "submit a ticket." I cannot find a way to post there. Control F brings up a search window, and the on screen search window brings up an error about four letter words. Many posts in the forum about "this isn't the place to ask that" But still, no help on finding the correct place to ask, how to ask, or more to the point, a coherent answer to basic Q's.
