Just a friendly reminder since many people are still under the false impression that August 7th is release or open beta. Aug 7 is still closed beta, and open beta is yet to be announced by the devs.

Again, Aug 7th is still closed beta therefore the NDA is still in effect.

NDA isn't just to stop bad press for something that's about to be fixed (or already has been) - it's also to stop others finding out new & exciting things they have come up with. So it doesn't matter if it's awesome, it's still illegal to leak it.

Just as long as the terms of the NDA don't sanction a perma ban for breaking NDA, go for it...
Stuff that's already leaked would be a grey area, and I wouldn't want to draw attention to it, in case devs think you were behind the video.

I am a Legendary Founder. I am not in closed beta. I have no idea about the functions or inner workings of this game...

Yeah thats' what I need a general response from beta players to say yeah it's great/fun do it! or even go meh.

I am twitching but just would like to know if those trailers and such are the real deal, I am sure there are - not my fault I am a cautiousish (!) type of person. That's me as a scout then

This part of the nda has been removed as obviously, all founders are in beta.

PGI staff allows telling you are in beta but thats all.. All other beta facts are still in force. Many dedicated police are watching.
