Lego Black Market o.o ... i felt like showing these off, i cant however take all the credit. some models simply where edited by me to work better with LDD (lego digital designer)

Ok so i was inspired a year or two ago by MBeige's flickr page his lego mechs where small cool and functional and most importantly affordable, so i re-built sevral of his designs in LDD (Mad Dog, Timberwolf, Shadowcat, Dire Wolf.) the deisgns underwent sevral tweaks from the orignal Mbeige models, this was mainly to work with what was provided in the limited LDD. i also decided to take these designs further and re-created the Alt configs for each mech. after i was done re-creating the Alt-configs i got a little board until
i heard about MWO i duested off LDD and fired it up, and started building other designs and heres what i have so far. iam trying to limit the use of the Extended mode, so that i can use the pick-a-brick feature over at lego and purchase the bricks to build these
each models i roughly between £10-£45 (GBP),

AV1-0 Avatar. took a while to get the torso right on this one. but i managed to hammer it out, and hopefuly a stable structure for construction. plan on working on a new set of legs for the mech, as the orignal Avatar mini has been re-sculpted.

more to come

These are really cool! Have you managed to make any with full cockpits? I too have tried this but fall short when it comes to proper scaling.

would love to make a crab, not sure one can be made at this scale but ill give it a try at some point, being a fan of the crab my self, hunchback, dragon and centurion, are a bit more likely to happen right now though. thanks for viewing :D

Oh man, I remember seeing those models a long time ago... I think they were linked somewhere on BrickCommander.

I have to say that the Flea looks rather... bland, but other than that you've done a great job emulating MBeige's style. The different configurations are a nice touch too. My only minor nitpick would be the lack of a distinct cockpit on most of the models - you might want to consider using a different color like you did on the Bushwacker. Also, it's not exactly a complaint, because I can understand wanting the option to buy these, but now I'm curious what you could do with Extended mode's wider brick and color selection.

One last thing: any chance of making the LXFs available for download? I'd love to take a more in-depth look at these in LDD.

lol yeah, its pritty difficult to build them all to scale most light or medium mechs will probably suffer coz of there small size. as for the cockpits i forgot to change the colour of the "cockpit" bricks ><

I'd definitely consider getting a Shadowcat Prime. Are you selling these, or could you give us the design?
