Im trying to pay through paypal but it wants me to use a credit card and wont let me use my PayPal balance any resolution to this?

This sounds like a paypal-to-paypal customer problem; A question best asked to....paypal? Or hopefully one of their employes plays MWO and sees this.

Well it wont let me select my balance and this is the only place it wont let me. Steam uses my balance just fine along with multiple other online stores i have used my PayPal balance on.

Well if think that the incompatibility is on the mechwarrior side, send in a ticket. Assuming you don't know where to do that:

Alright figured it out, when purchasing through paypal you have to make sure on the top you change it to United States, mine was set to canadian and my paypal balance is in USD.

Okay. I'm having it completely process through paypal, have MWO say 'your paypal payment has been processed. Thank you!' then 2 seconds later it pops up with an error message then canceles my paypal order and is refunded automatically. I sent a complaint to playspan's website.

at the end of it my money is returned but why does MWO keep canceling it? Not accepting it? Have the paypal option?
