Well, considering the vast majority of BattleTech folks go for factions like the Davions or Steiners or Clans like Wolf and Jade Falcon vs say Liao for IS or Smoke Jaguar for Clans......you may very well have hit the nail on the head.

From what I understand Turtle Bay if wonderful this time of year. Sources have told me that in a year you will be able to property along the bay REALLY cheap.
