Don't know everything about battletech, correct if needed.
In a other post I read that Clan have their rules of engagement. If Clans are going to be introduced in the future I would like to give a few suggestions:
- Clan must fight according as honor states, not following means punishment.
- Clan has point system to a specific clan. If the point go under a specific amount, the rank is lowered.
And specific tech cannot be equipted.
- Clan can fight against 1 vs 1 fights to earn honor. The opponent can be clan or non clan. Non-clan may
refuse without penalty. A clan mechwarrior however will lose honor if the fight is refused.
- clan tech access is given by the clan rank of the player.

I look forwards to clanners challenging me to honor duels.
I intend to accept, and honor the 1v1 nature of the duel for EXACTLY as long as it takes me to stick a narc beacon to their A**

Should be interesting considering not all of MWO members are into "role play", including myself. I will however do what ever is in accordance with prophecy.

Could see, once intro'd the MM could be programmed to balance it out... Clanners on one team and IS on the other balancing out the tech of each... Clanners ending up with "less" mechs on their teams vs the IS teams... could possibly be one way they may do it...
