Saw that CoffiNail is a Community Master.. (at 1001 posts) and Aegis Kleais™ is Smart like Hockey Puck™..??

So wondered what the deal was with the statuses..

I think its obvious

0-10(or so) Newbie

11-50 (or so) Member

50+ (or so) Advanced member..

Whats after that..?? Is there a hierarchy ?

I know the Mods and Devs can modify theirs..

But when can "Normal" members get that ability.. or is it someone else thinking Aegis is "Smart like Hockey Puck™"

Because while he maybe smart like hockey puck.. I am "Smart like @ss™"

500+ is community veteran and 1000+ is community master. No one knows what comes after that!

(Aegis's title is set that way because he brought down the thunder after trolling Paul a few too many times.)

Hmm.. doesn't that promote someone with too much time on their hands, a lot of energy, and a loud mouth to just keep posting and posting and posting.. although they aren't really saying anything and just trolling all to just get a higher status ?

That is to say or Russ will lock him away from the forum like Matt N aside from Wednesdays after a middle week treat... and maybe play testing, I see him piloting a mean Heavy.

The socalled custom title awarded to a member should stick eternally on the profile and that the title actually was given due to some extraordinary dedication to the forum, then it would make sense. But abusing the admin position just to stick a random title that has little to no obvious reason behind it (only reason here can be said to be "Because I Can" which surely calls for Admin Abuse) is simple dumb.

BTW your post count means absolutely nothing, not here not anywhere else. The contents of your posts is all that matters.

My post count is just a measure of how much time I have on my hands. Temp Leave to watch your kids until they can be put in to daycare can give you with some extra free time.
