NO DICE
No Dice is a NA based PvP guild. We are actively recruiting members for Mech Warrior Online, Guild Wars 2 and other games we are currently playing.
OUR STYLE
No DICE loves to game, and we have fun doing it. We are a light hearted community that enjoys all aspects of gaming. However we are primarily a PvP guild. We play to win. No DICE was forged in the heat of battle and that's how we roll.
HISTORY
No DICE is a old guild with a new name. The guild was founded roughly 1 year ago by remnants of a few gaming communities and is still expanding rapidly. We formed in the midst of a large scale war between the two largest Defiant guilds and a guild founded by a current members of No DICE in Rift. We were heavily outnumbered (by about 70 players) and did not falter. Not only did we stop them dead in their tracks, we won the fights. And ended up winning the war. At the end of the largest fight we had with the 2 Defiant guilds, one of the members of the guild (No DICE) yelled both in game, and in Ventrilo "NO DICE *******." This was right after we took down 150 players with a few over 70. The fight it self lasted about an hour, but by the end of it we all felt a year older as we overcame the overwhelming odds.
We have since been playing assorted games, having a blast and winning in style.

Here in No DICE all members are required to use mumble; that does not mean you need to talk, just enter, and listen. We also require activity on our community website:
It is an integral part of our community. We find that by using out of game means to communicate with your fellow community members you will get to know them better. And the BEST PvPers know their allies and teammates, their weaknesses and strengths.
We have a interesting command structure that is based off of an upper echelon of leadership centered around a council and a primary leader with lower guild ranks being broken down into 4 Legions. Each Legion is a subsection of the guild, with their own structure. The Legions are broken down by player class tendency EX a assassin/rogue player will be placed in the Shadow-Guard (also known as Ghost Legion by those in it). These players will be required to play the way the classes in that Legion were meant to be played. Using tactics and methods centered around their strengths. EX Shadow-Guard = quick strike capabilities. With each Legion knowing their place and jobs, it makes for a very well oiled unit overall.

We have a wide variety of players ranging from young to old. Everyone is welcome as long as they follow directions and have a good time.

RECRUITMENT
As has been stated, No DICE is open to all ages, and all players. We do not discriminate between you. Some of the best players we have ever had PvP wise were on the high side of old, and the low side of young. Just visit us, fill out an application under the
RECRUITMENT TAB
and join us in mumble (info under the guild tab *No DICE* > Mumble)
All members of No DICE that have not been with us for years are required to have a trial period. This is a very simple trial. You post actively on the website, check it out often (once a day would be best) and jump on mumble when you get the chance. The trial's purpose is primarily to test your ability to follow directions.
