I bet Arrow IV will have a range of 1km max and won't deal any harm exept the screen shake for the target :-)
Devs nerfed LRMs this way.

Get your AMS umbrellas ready y'all 'cause a storms a coming!

I will have to find chapter and verse to be sure. However I do believe AMS is ineffective against ArrowIV.

Sooo, the inner sphere, just remembered how to make missiles self guiding, because it forgot how, yet it didn't forget how to use brainwaves to make large amounts of steel karate kick and high five..

This is one of those..hey guys, you know those tin openers that we kept working for the last thousand years, well we just remembered how to make the cans they opened..

Anyway, great work, confederated suns, once I cure alzheimer's I'll remember how to ignite this party popper..

:P  ;)

AMS only works on smaller missles, this one will hit before it can be taken out. And it will hurt

Now we CAT pilots can truly be fire support.
Sitting at our starting point, raining artillery on the enemy base, all while sipping on a margarita.
Unless they also have artillery.

hmmm maybe they could have faction based powers for example the cappelans could call in arrow firesuppport from outside the map <_< doubt it but it would be fun well for me anyway B)

"Arrow 4 to the knee" only counts when the shot ripps off a leg.

Umm...that's actually a boost for them, rangewise. Normally, it's about what, 640m or so?

I'd like Arrows. It'd be an area-effect attack with exceptional range that you'd have to literally open up the map and pick a target area, then launch- and it'd be relatively slow, so without TAG you'd be risking missing.

On the other hand, booooy would it be fun for people who don't wanna move. BOOM!

The big thing is that Arrow IV will be a multi-location weapon. In TT, the Catapult splits it between an arm and a side torso. Getting it to FIT may be fun.

Would we really need a C3 for arrows though? Be nice if we could just fit them in our other missile cats.
