If there was one thing I could ask of the devs for this game it would not be a mech (though if your willing, Wraith and Imp would be nice) but it would be the most epic track from the MechWarrior 2 Mercs OST, Gotterdamerung! Remake this bad boy into an epic tale of sound based awesome for a new generation! Up up and away!

I don't think they own the "rights" to the OST of previous Mechwarrior games.

As long as PGI won't bother us with some ennervating pseudo-Techno soundtrack or something, I'd be fine. And yeah, MW2 set quite a high standard for game OSTs. Even after these many years some of the best the industry ever made IMHO.
