I think the thing being mourned is the fact that with the fall of the star league the longest era of peace for humanity came to an end.

Are you speaking for Liao or the clans? Either way strictly speaking the IS would not be heretics anyhow. Heresy means "belief in part" and as an IS warrior we do not believe in the clans philosophy at all. As for Liao, being a Fed, well lets just be nice and say daddy Liao or SunTzu Liao are both off their rockers so no partial belief in those two people's philosophy (do they even have one). I think the word you are looking for is Infidel! And yes we IS infidel's are going to be dieing a lot over the next few years. Hope that Lostech starts being found soon!
