OK, so, I WAS gonna build this fancy dan thing, but after the 4th part failure, I said screw it, lets build one that'll really work.....

so here is my components:

ASUS M2N61-AX Mobo
Athlon 64x2 4000 (2.1 ghz) dual core CPU
Liteon 300w PSU
PNY GeForce 8500 DDR2-512MB
4x1 GB Kingston KVR 667D2 RAM
Hitachi Deskstar sata 3.0 gb/s 250gb (7200rpm) HDD
SONY/NEC Optiarc 48xCD/16xDVD burner (model AD 5170S)

in a DELL Inspiron 531 compact tower running Vista Home 64b.

To view all that power, I got a stock Dell 19" flat panel monitor, with logitech desk speakers, and a Saitek Cyborg joystick and logitech internet keyboard and 3 button mouse.

Am I frikkin jammin or what?!?!?!?

Spoiler

no,unless you have a 3 ghz duel core,it's not going to Rock MWO,even then it would only run it on low settings
my laptops got a 2.3 ghz duel core and better vid card than you and it wont even play the game.

LOL nope, time to look at an AM3 processor, if you don't want a major upgrade... or better yet, an I3 that can outperform a FX-8050 for gaming.

In gaming for older titles and fails compared to an FX-4100 in CryENGINE 3. And if you read that spoiler bit on his, he is running a FX-6200 already :)

Hmm, you managed to utterly fool two posters on something outlined right in a spoiler tag. I'd give this troll a solid 8/10; well done! :D

(and I'm glad your actual system finally did start working out for you)

There were no 560s in 2008.

I don't really grasp the purpose of this thread...
P.S.: AMD is gay~
