Phoenix Company "Fire Battalion" Competitive Team Recruitment On Now!
Hi guys. Phoenix Company is establishing a designated competitive team to further improve our Corps' competitive ability and refresh our talent pool of highly skilled players.
We recognize that there are many players and groups out there that have the talent, experience and desire to be competitive in this game, but do not have the networking resources or player group numbers to effectively deploy competitive 4 or 12 man practice groups.
We at Phoenix Company wish to extend our invitation to you to collaborate with us in the furtherance of our shared goals. We are an established multi gaming community with well over 100 members (MWO is by far our biggest sub group). We run our own TS3 server and website (allowing us a greater level of autonomy and privacy). These resources will always be made available for you at anytime, as long as you meet these requirements:
-18 years old
-Have TS3 installed / willing to
-A working microphone
-Ability and willingness to comply with and help develop doctrine mechs
-Keep up with the current meta
-Above basic or average experience in games
-Not a dbag and tolerant towards different points of view
-Team oriented attitude
-Be able to take and give constructive criticism
We are recruiting for players in all regions (NA, EU, East Asia, AU)
Practices held on Saturdays and further practice sessions held upon request or as required. Practices are required for you to attend in order to participate in our competitive play but we do understand that real life comes first and we will make allowances for any issues that arise.
We have goals of joining in tournaments like RHOD and Marik Civil War, and with you on board we are closer to making that goal a reality.
Thank you for your dedication and interest in this game as well as your consideration to help us achieve our destined greatness.
