I'm very displeased with Customer Support!

Numerous times Customer Support has ignored my request for help! Many times I stated pure facts and details and Customer Support continues to deem my help request solved because they don't want to deal with it! I am enraged by this!

I'm not going to share the details of my case with you. I am enraged because they brushed off what I have stated and do not bother to respond! I am now very irritated by the fact they continue to close my case and I have to re-open it.

If this is the way you express yourself, no wonder Customer Support can't really help you.

My brother had a pretty big problem that they managed to solve. It took a few days to figure out the problem, but once they'd nailed it down, it was handled in a flash.

I question how many "facts and details" your support tickets actually include.

Fine. I then shall share the details of my case. My concern is that the prices I see for the founders packs and unjust and the things given with them is not equal with what you pay. If you purchase the first pack with is $30 you should receive a founder mech regardless of which pack you purchase as you are a founder. Also the details on how much in-game currency you receive which is a 40 dollar value is very vague and can be misleading. Also my other concern has to do with the final founders pack you can buy, with it you receive your name in the credits. Now as a Beta Tester and a "Founder" I believe you should receive your name in the credits regardless of how much you pay or if you don't pay as you are helping to the final goal of the game. Now I believe this can be solved with more detail provided with the founder pack and possibly change what comes with them. Thanks

Yeah, that kind of ticket isn't ever going to get a response. Because it's not a support issue.

You disagree with their marketing? That's fine, that's your right. I won't necessarily agree, but your options are simple.

If you don't feel the benefits you get are worth your money... then don't preorder. See, ticket closed.

as the creator and distributor they decide what their products are worth, customer support cant help you with your own opinions
unless your an android then we can just wipe your memory cause your clearly faulty

That's not the kind of issue to bring up with customer support, but rather to post in a suggestion thread in this subforum. Starting a support ticket with something that PGI's sales division would have to deal with is monumental, groundbreaking buffoonery.

That is true, but the detail provided for some things that come with the Founders packs are a bit vague which can leave to some feeling like a unfair transaction. Now if they could correct something like that then it would be fantastic.

Honestly if you can't understand what you get with a founder's pack, you are not going to be able to figure out how to play this game.

Your concerns don't really matter if you haven't paid for the product yet--and this one sells itself.

No, the detail is more or less there. You may have to actually give it more than 5 seconds thought.

As they've not published the various exchange rates yet (how much money will buy how many c-bills and so forth), simple numbers would be rather meaningless.

Further, they haven't published prices for stuff yet. (In part, because they're likely still being fine tuned). After all, the meaning of 2000 C-Bills can very depending on the prices for mechs.

The details are not vague. $40 in in-game cash is precisely that: $40 worth of in-game cash. Since they didn't list how much in-game cash that is, it would be safe to assume that they haven't yet decided exactly how much the in-game cash will be worth.

Can't help it if some people (ie: you) feel that the transaction is unfair.
