I wouldn't say "DEFINITELY"

They have strongly hinted MAJOR announcements for GDC

They have strongly hinted they were closing on Beta testing

They have strongly baited us every way they can on the subject

That said they have NOT said the big announcements at GDC will be Beta testing..

It could be screenshots, real in game video, play testing news, etc.. etc.. with an announcement of Beta testing in the future (With no specific date)

That said.. I do have my fingers and toes crossed for a closed Beta announcement and a subsequent private message in my inbox here.

To be fair though, we should have 7 mechs to choose from by the time GDC rolls around.

I vote Awesome !! They need a light Assualt or a overwieght Heavy.. depending on which way you want to look at it.

Does anyone know what the interface is going to be like? Will it be something you play within a browser or will it be a client downloaded to your PC like the other MMO's?

What views will we have from the mechs? 3rd person, first person etc?

Probably a download. It seems too big and immersive to be in a browser. Plus, how would you integrate joysticks?

@OP: I think I saw something about "60 days from now" some time ago. Can someone back me up on this?
