Why dont you just delete posts after 2 weeks, this makes no sense, make it a rule, cause people will keep forgetting about it no matter how many messages you write. People looking for unit get PMed by lots of units in less than a couple of hours, really, there arent many recruits out there. Erasing old post wont hurt recruitment.
