I'd like to see more complex skills , in example for each weapon class we could have
a few skill levels, lets say +2% each to total damage (Ya I know it sounds like eve online)

Each mech class could have different bonuses according to their tonnage

and Pilots should have their own skill trees. So if a pilot would prefer a scout mech, he could
get better bonuses by unlocking more of scout mech skills...?

But secondary skills also, something to do with mech repair and ammo, perhaps? Mech prices? Charisma?
making the pilots more unique, and more suited to the player playing them?

Role Warfare and Role Warfare continued are both good reads... I highly recomment them...
