Since MW4:M is free could anyone who has it rip its music and put it up on Mediafire or a torrent site or something? If it's free it shouldn't be illegal.

Mektek is the only one with legal rights (obtained from Microsoft) to freely distribute it...i believe.

I would like to take the Duncan Fischer commentary out and set them up for playback when I hit a button.

That it's freely available doesn't give you rights to reuse or redistribute it or any part of it. In fact, I am pretty sure that the licence says exatcly that. In short, no, you can't do that without asking the rights holder.

On a related note, whenever I try and grab it, I just get a timeout from their site. *sigh*
