Definitely not much. I'm planning to use it for future models so I'm conservative with the details :D

Anyways, you are free to use the dimensions I posted. I computed the volume of a Hellfire missile and adjusted it for an 8 kg missile that battletech uses. ;)

I've made one as well. The model came out to be close to around 5600 polygons. Also why I asked about your planned level of detail. If you like to get a glimpse of my version, you can take a look in this thread: Timberwolf MkI. While mine looked nice, it was impractical to use in bulk. 5600 polygons x 30 missiles was a lot of CPU load! Especially when combined with the rest of the 'mech.

What's your polygon count at? My rebuilt missile is down to 380 now.

My missile has 3122 faces in total. Now, I'll have to think about reducing it as well :S

ugh... 3dsmax 2009 is freakin' unstable >.<

I'm going back to 3dsmax 9 :)

or better yet, I'll have to learn another modelling software...
