We have had a lot of good changes happen both in our training program for our mechwarrior pilots as well as in our ranking system itself. We have picked up a few recruits during this last week and they have all started in the new system. They say it has helped them improve upon their piloting skills. If you want a group that is consistently improving upon every aspect of itself from the website to our in-game communication, training and dropping, then perhaps you could find a home within our regiment and we will take just about any individual. However, your rank is determined by your commitment to the regiment as well as your abilities.
I promise you that you won't just move up because you have been here for a certain amount of time - you actually have to prove that you know what you are doing with the mech and are using it to its fullest. After you have improved upon your solo skills, you will need to show your ability to use your mech in defensive and offensive roles. Then we will expect you to continue improving by working with a wing-man and your entire lance. We are not an easy regiment, we respect everyone and seek to help everyone to improve, including our Officers and Generals as there is always room to grow.

We do encourage ex-military and law enforcement to join us, however we do welcome all as long as you are at least twenty-one years old or older. I have to second what Dafinger already mentioned about last nights drops. Great runs, respect given to Pugs, and good clean fun on the comm.

I only joined a few days ago myself and I have to say that if your looking for a mature drama free group, look no further then the 312th. Leadership is great, advice and suggestions are shared freely, and most of all good clean fun is present in a highly combative game system (a rarity these days).

I'm glad I jumped on board with this crew and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

We have had a lot of good changes happen both in our training program for our mechwarrior pilots as well as in our ranking system itself. We have picked up a few recruits during this last week and they have all started in the new system. They say it has helped them improve upon their piloting skills. If you want a group that is consistently improving upon every aspect of itself from the website to our in-game communication, training and dropping, then perhaps you could find a home within our regiment and we will take just about any individual. However, your rank is determined by your commitment to the regiment as well as your abilities.
I promise you that you won't just move up because you have been here for a certain amount of time - you actually have to prove that you know what you are doing with the mech and are using it to its fullest. After you have improved upon your solo skills, you will need to show your ability to use your mech in defensive and offensive roles. Then we will expect you to continue improving by working with a wing-man and your entire lance. We are not an easy regiment, we respect everyone and seek to help everyone to improve, including our Officers and Generals as there is always room to grow.
