Hello, I am just wondering if there is anything special I have to do .. All the information has been entered correctly - I am trying to buy the $30 package .. my card has over $200 on it and I use it to purchase things elsewhere online, it is a pre-paid visa. If there is another section I should be posting in I will post there but I did not see it.. I REALLY WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME AND ALSO GIVE FEEDBACK AS A BETA TESTER - I have a core i7 2600k with a radeon 6850 gpu (for now).

Try emailing support@mwomercs.com
there are some known issues such as:
using a card from one country in you are in a foreign country
your bank/CC service incorrectly tagging the transaction as fraud
you need to call Visa for these issues.
