Hey all, I have a question for all those that have read the Battletech novels, where should I start if I want to be up to date for the release of this game? I have already read The Saga of the Gray Death Legion series, and I have also finished The Warrior Trilogy. Should I just continue from where I am onward, or is there a place later on in the series that I should start reading? Thanks for the advice in advance!

Go back to Sword and the Dagger, then Wolves on the Border.

I've been reading the Twilight of the Clans series to spoil myself.

There`s nothing wrong if you just go on reading ;-)

The whole thing is just getting better and better (and better and better!)...

For me the alltimes best books in BT Universe are the Blood Of Kerensky Trilogy - the beginning of the Clan Invasion 3049-3052...
You simply don`t know anything about BT if you don`t know Tukayyid B)
...and to get inside the Clans: The Jade-Phoenix Trilogy.

It isn't the strongest of the Battletech books, so, don't feel you HAVE to unless you want to for the sake of completeness. B)

I hope this game will inspire them to create more novels. I especially would like to carry on after End Game.

They did but they skipped ahead almost a century. I'd also like to see more novels set just after End Game

Ugh, can't seem to find Sword and Dagger anywhere, but it doesn't sound like I'm missing much, haha! I guess I will just continue with Wolves on the Border then. Off to lose more of my life to a book! B)

Just continue to read the Stackpole stuff, the Warrior trilogy was the best ones he wrote but he was the main story writer for the universe for the better part of a decade so if you want to get a feel for the universe then stick to his stuff.

The Wolves on the Border is interesting but you already encountered the fallout from that book in riposte.
