I go to the link to buy one of the Founders Packages, and it asks for my credit card info. I put it into the fields, and when I click the "Continue" button, it just resets the fields to empty. It doesn't matter which package I try to buy (Would prefer the $30) it does this to me.

I did about 30 minutes of searching on the forums (I'm a forum search noob, so I may have missed something.) and couldn't find anything. Any help would be appreciated.

I could be mistaken, but despite the large advertisement at the top of the forums, the Founder's Packages are no longer available for sale - I believe the last day they were available was on the 7th. If that's changed since the last announcement, I'm sure someone will be along shortly to correct my mistake.

Thanks for the reply. All the information that I've found is stating that it's been extended, but I can't find a date for the new end date. I thought it might be that until I found all the information about the extension.

Should be extended again indefinitely due to so much positive reception from PAX, from what I've heard.

I'd advise trying to get in contact with Support in about... 2-3 hours from now, is when they open, and they should be able to assist you with getting a package. Could also shoot them an email now, I suppose, and wait for a reply.

I should have thought of that. The joys of staying awake past your usual bed time after having woke up early. The simplest things tend to fly over your head. =P

Thanks for the reply. I just sent an e-mail into the support, so we'll see what happens.

I'd also try using multiple browsers, as well as ensuring cookies are enabled

This was the ticket. It was the cookies being disabled. Odd that I don't have that issue on other sites, but thank you for helping me out.

Seeing how you have the Vet founder tag in your forum posts, I would say it went through. I'd check with CSR before trying to purchase again, you may end up bying multiple accounts.
