Hello everyone,
Dont know what resparked my interest in MW but something did and here I am. I havent played since late 07(PC Expansions) , I'm guessing lots has changed since then so I'm going to have to re-learn everything. If any of you want to know anything about me just ask. Oh and BTW I'm active military(maybe a small tactical advantage:) )

Welcome Fury1, Glad to have you around <Salute>!

Sorry folks were quiet, I'm just now finishing up some logistical work over on my Mechwarrior unit's forum and now finally getting around to checking this forum for the night.

I'm not sure if you've seen it yet, but incase you haven't: http://mwomercs.com/...-pretty-please/\

Read over that thread and enjoy the fruits of Kaemon's labors! That should get you up to speed on things.

Also, if you're not beholden to any existing mercenary or house unit, I would suggest you check out the unit I'm a part of; the Gray Death Legion. :)

Shameless link to our forum: http://gdlmercs.forumotion.com

All that being said, sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride towards the much anticipated release of MWO!

<S> Take it easy!

Well, I tried to find a place to introduce myself in the forums but couldn't. Been waiting on the game for a while and am looking forward to being cannon fodder.

There are lots of topics for introduction. You just have to pick a house/merc unit/Clan and visit their forum section. Everyone has one. Unless you want to stay loyal just to Atreides (I like them too, BTW  ).

Oh, and welcome. :D

Being former or active military has never been an advantage in the MW games. I was a tanker and the gameplay was always too fluid for the tactics I knew (whether armor or ground pounder).

well i can see formor military and active military haveing a tactial advantage, even though our tactics wont work we will still have more experene with thinking on the fly (during combat) and improvising and what not. Btw didnt know their were some many battle buddies out here.
