Arnaud Rai is the CEO of Laurent Infomedia in the 3060's. Laurent Infomedia wasn't formed until 3054, so this was before then. But Laurent Infomedia publishes "fringe" materials (Handbook House Marik). Apparently Rai started the company after getting tired of not getting published in mainstream media..
