Ok i was originally going to purchase this case but it turned out to be too small for what i wanted so instead i purchased this case...but i want to MOD my case to have sort of the same overall look that the other one i wanted to get because it had a really cool MWO theme to it with all the black/gray/yellow. This way i can have the cake and eat it too.

What i'm planning on doing is that whenever i get the case in the mail next week, take the case to a car decal place and see if i can get custom decals made for it. Through using the paint program on my netbook, i already got this ready for to make a decal that should take up most of the side of the case that has no function:

Then i'm planning on getting yellow decal strips made(if i can't find them online anywhere) that i'll place around the case to make the case almost look like it was purchased off of this website.

The next thing i want to do is replace the red LED lights with yellow ones...but i can't find any yellow LED fans anywhere. The next thought that i had was just to get some of them LED PC case strips...but i can't find an actual "yellow" strip anywhere.

Is it possible to "hack" led lights and make them yellow? Like the lights in the fan?

You can't "hack" an LED, however you could replace them, check with Radio Shack or some sort of electronics supply house.

....and/or you can just replace and fill out the rest of the fan slots with yellow ones. Either way, if you're buying your way into a custom case like that, I'd hardly call it "modding". imho, if you're not structurally changing and/or cutting something up, it's not modding.

Just make a yellow led strip or replace the fan lights, should be easy to do. check radioshack.com or go to one of the radioshacks not in a mall.

just order clear fans and wire in your own led;s otherwise they also make white led fans if youre bored and patient enough with modeling paint you can tint the leds the color you want
