Being from Japan, I don't have to tell you it is excessively violent and ridiculous, but it's still really awesome and the animation/artwork is amazing.

EDIT: sorry, It's Polish

That is good animation. Too many historical liberties. Looked like a Spitfire MKIX with wing mounted cannon instead of .303's vs Me 109 Gustav over the Urals. That and the Me 109 G had yellow nose art like the "yellow nosed b a s t a r d s" stationed in Pais de Calais which is the coast of France closest to England. Most Spits vs 109 action occurred over England or the channel. Later on few spits pushed into France and Belgium but it was mostly Typhoon ground attackers. Most spits stayed in England to hunt buzz bombs. Despite that, very rewatchable.

Nothing comes close to the sound of a Daimler Benz DB 600 series engine!
And it's not a "Gustav", it's a "Emil". (Messerschmitt BF-109 E).

EDIT: At 05:11 - 05:14, you can clearly see it...

Then the E is consistent with the nose art @ least.

Great! As cool as the dogfight animation is the morale behind this. Who did in the end really win? :)
That part when the "mask of civilization" finally fell was also done great.
It has the appearance like the rotoscope animations they did in the '80s. Even if today they most likely use a computer than doing it frame for frame by hand.
Thanks for noticing! :P

Thankfully it could be "filshed". That's destined to have a nice place on a HD :(

Just look at the wingtips, nose, tail and canopy. It's definitely a BF-109 "Emil"!
Trust a real German! :P

Very nice video. I love WW2 warbirds.
