I should have put the first two ideas here to begin with (OP in General), but here goes:
1. CASE II
I think this should be added in as a paid upgrade like Double Heat Sinks and Artemis IV. Additionally, increase the weight of each CASE to 1 ton.
2. Mech Fall Mechanic
If not to be reintroduced for mech collision, let it be utilized as something that happens if a leg is destroyed due to an explosion of ammo stored within the leg. The mech should of course still get back up and move (with standard 'legged' penalty), but this is just an added effect for that particular occurrence of leg destruction.
3. Beagle Active Probe
Make it so that the BAP will allow a mech equipped with it to still target enemy mechs while under the 'Low Signal' effect of enemy ECM, but will not be able to transfer target marking data to allies outside of the affected area. Treat it as an individual counter-ECM tool (in addition to other functions).
