What are these Clans you speak of?

It could be anything, like the Decepticons, Skeletor, The Galactic Empire, the Killrathi, the Daleks, the Omicronians of Omicron Percei 8, Dr Evil, the Saiyans or even the misunderstood Dr Robotnik.
