Nice. Except for the odd bit in one or two scenes you only notice when you know what to look for, the CG is really well merged in with the real film.

Makes me wonder, was the baby carriage on the stairs incidental or a well placed reference to 'the Battleship Potemkin' ?

I remember seeing this a while back. I thought the guy that directed it got a movie deal after this went up on youtube.
